Terms of Service
The conditions for using Alphacurve Inference.

1. The service
Alphacurve Inference ("the service") is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway for large language models. You send requests through a single endpoint with a single key, and they are served by one of several upstream model providers.
2. Accounts
Registration requires a working email address. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that address; we do not require you to set a password.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Requests made with your key are treated as made by you and are paid for from your balance. If a key is exposed, disable it from the dashboard — this takes effect immediately.
3. Credit and billing
The service is prepaid. You buy credit up front and it is consumed per token as you make requests. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Per-model rates are published on the pricing page and in the model catalogue
- Every request produces a record showing the token breakdown and the exact amount charged, visible line by line in your dashboard
- When your balance is too low, new requests are refused (HTTP 402); requests already in flight are unaffected
- Credit does not expire
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for the service and is responsible for collecting payment and any applicable tax.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to circumvent an upstream provider's usage policies, or to attack the service.
Your requests are ultimately served by an upstream provider, so their usage policies apply to your requests as well as ours.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Upstream provider outages, rate limits and policy changes can affect it, and those are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Model output is generated by third-party models. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or legality.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms; unused credit is then handled under the refund policy.
8. Changes
We will notify you by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
